Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega Fermentation controlled with destemmed grape. Maceration following fermentation two weeks. Elaborated with wrapes from old vines. 18 months in new french barrels. 12 months in bottle before being sold on the market. Cherry red color, well covered with ruby nuances, clean and shiny. Complex, fine and elegant nose. This wine features a scent of mature red fruit over a background of toasted bread and new oak wood with a touch of spices. · Good entrance in mouth. In its passing through the mouth, it is warm and all embracing, with a good balance and a pleasant tannin. In terms of retro-olfactory sensations, we come ua again with the aromas found on the nose, together with licorice anda coffee scennts. Good and pleasant finish.
