VIEW: Cherry red color with purple trim.

NOSE: It stands out for its frank aroma where the fruity aromas of cherry in liquor and cherries ar mixed with noble and clean wood.

MOUTH: It has a good entrance, reaching the center of the mouth with sweet memories, scrubland and cacao. Polished at the end, showing the good evolution in the bottle.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 16?C.

PAIRING: Semi-cured and cured cheeses, foies, poultry and risottos.
