Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega Special selection of grapes of the variety Garnacha Tintorera, from our century old vines, the reflection of the authentic terroir of Valdeorras. A meticulous and careful elaboration, selecting the best bunches, making a handcrafted elaboration. Its ageing for 14 months in French and American oak barrels, and another 10 months in the bottle before marketing, make it a deep wine, with a good maturation. Covered with a high layer cherry red colour, clean and bright. In the nose, it is intense, complex and Deep with very marked notes of terroir. Presents clear aromas of red fruits with elegant touches of spices and with nuances of red rose petals and minerals. In the mouth it is powerful with an excellent structure, intense, complex, tasty and very long memory on the palate. Bottled without prior stabilization and with light filtration, which may produce natural sediments over time. En un entorno hermoso de gran importancia histórica debido a los asentamientos estables romanos que introdujeron los primeros cultivos de la vid, restauramos cuidadosamente la bodega sobre los restos de una edificación con un gran valor histórico. Nuestra filosofía es elaborar, con un gran esfuerzo, debido a la situación de los viñedos, uniendo la tradición con los avances tecnológicos y el saber hacer de grandes profesionales, unos vinos de gran calidad desde los viñedos hasta la botella. |
