GRAPE: Verdejo 100%

APPEARANCE: Green yellow

SMELL: Intense and complex. Fruity : tropical, passion and citrus fruits notes.

Fragrances of fennel and an aniseed base, balsamic ;

especially elegant and fresh.

TASTE : Fruity and fresh in the mouth, with volume and persistence. Creamy,

attractive and with a final touch of bitterness and elegance, typical of

the Verdejo variety.

ALCOHOL LEVEL : 12,5% ALC./VOL
