Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega Wine with an elegant appearance, nice and bright. Straw yellow with some golden reflections. A fresh and complex nose, rich in creamy tones and a marked structured character with expressive white fruit, subtle tones of honey and citrus with notes of tropical fruit. Smooth and glyceric mouth with perfect structure and balance. A very integrated natural acidity and a deep persistence that lengthens leaving an elegant fruit memory well matured by the Mediterranean sun. |

LA D.O.P JUMILLA ESTÁ SITUADA EN EL SURESTE ESPAÑOL, SIENDO UNA ZONA CARACTERIZADA POR SUS AMPLIOS VALLES Y PLANICIES. EL CLIMA DE LA REGIÓN ES SOLEADO Y ÁRIDO, CON ESCASAS LLUVIAS, LAS CUALES NO LLEGAN A LOS 300 LITROS POR METRO CUADRADO ANUALES. LA TEMPERATURA MEDIA ANUAL ES DE 16º, CON INVIERNOS QUE ALCANZAN TEMPERATURAS BAJO CERO, Y VERANOS CALUROSOS DONDE SE SUPERAN LOS 40º.
LOS SUELOS DE LA DENOMINACIÓN SON MUY CALIZOS, Y EN GENERAL POSEEN UNA GRAN CAPACIDAD HÍDRICA Y MEDIANA PERMEABILIDAD, LO QUE PERMITE SUBSISTIR A LAS VIÑAS EN CONDICIONES DE SEQUÍA PROLONGADA. NUESTROS VIÑEDOS ESTÁN SITUADOS A 900 METROS DE ALTITUD. VINOS PARA VIVIR HISTORIAS
